Motorsport Journeys — Safety & Privacy

Your Safety & Privacy Come First.

Not as a policy. As a principle.

Our experiences are deliberately small, private and limited to a maximum of 10 guests. That is not a coincidence. It is a decision.

"Your safety and privacy are more than our number-one priority."

"We don't have social media because your privacy is more important than our publicity."

"What happens on the tour belongs to the people on the tour."

"10 guests. Seven days. Complete discretion."

"Your holiday is not our content."

Our Commitment

More Than Our Number-One Priority.

Your safety and privacy are more than our number-one priority. They are built into the way every experience is designed and operated.

Our experiences are deliberately small, private and limited to a maximum of 10 guests. We want every guest to be able to relax, switch off and enjoy their seven-day experience without worrying about strangers knowing where they are, who they are travelling with, where they are staying, or appearing on somebody else's social media.

This is not a policy we added to a terms document. It is the reason we operate the way we do.

No Social Media

We Deliberately Do Not Have Social Media.

Your privacy is more important than our publicity.

We do not operate public social-media accounts for our tours because we believe your safety and privacy are more important than followers, likes, views or online exposure.

This is a deliberate business decision.

We do not need to constantly broadcast our guests, their holidays, their locations or their private experiences to prove what we do.

Our guests are the experience — not the advertising.

Some guests may be business owners, executives, public figures, motorsport personnel, professionals or simply private people who do not want their movements or holidays shared publicly. We respect that completely.

We would rather protect one guest's privacy than gain thousands of social-media followers.

"Your holiday is not our content."

No public social-media accounts for our tours
No broadcasting of guest locations or movements
No posting of guest photographs without permission
A deliberate decision — not an oversight
Guest Privacy Rule

The Guest Privacy Rule.

No guest is to be photographed, filmed, tagged, named, identified or posted publicly without their clear permission.

Never publicly share another guest's:

Name
Photograph or video
Social-media profile
Villa or hotel
Room number
Accommodation location
Travel itinerary
Daily movements
Transport arrangements
Real-time location
Personal information
Who This Applies To

These expectations apply to our hosts, staff, chefs, drivers, guides, contractors, partners and suppliers — not only to guests.

Guest Photography

Guests are welcome to photograph and film their own experiences. They must respect the privacy of everyone else travelling with them.

Professional Photography

Professional Photography.

We may occasionally capture professional photographs or video for legitimate business purposes.

Identifiable guests will only be used with appropriate permission.

A guest who does not want to appear in photographs, videos, advertising or promotional material must still be able to enjoy the complete experience normally.

We will never make a guest feel pressured to participate in promotional content.

Safety Through Discretion

Safety Through Discretion.

Publishing real-time locations, accommodation details, travel movements or photographs can unnecessarily tell strangers where guests are and where they may be staying.

Our approach is therefore simple: enjoy the experience now. Share your own memories later if you choose. Protect everyone travelling with you.

"Enjoy the experience now. Share your own memories later if you choose. Protect everyone travelling with you."

Common Questions

Privacy Questions Answered

Do you post about guests on social media?

No. We do not operate public social-media accounts for our tours. This is a deliberate decision. We believe your privacy is more important than our online presence.

Can I travel without being photographed or filmed?

Yes. Any guest who does not want to appear in photographs, videos, advertising or promotional material will still enjoy the complete experience normally. We will never pressure a guest to participate in promotional content.

What information about me is shared with other guests?

We do not share personal information between guests without permission. You will meet your fellow travellers on the experience itself. We do not circulate guest lists, contact details or personal information.

Can other guests photograph me?

Guests are welcome to photograph and film their own experiences. They are expected to respect the privacy of everyone else travelling with them. This expectation is made clear to all guests before the experience.

Why do you limit groups to 10 guests?

Small groups are a deliberate choice for both quality and privacy. A group of 10 is manageable, personal and discreet. It means fewer strangers, more control over the experience, and a much more private environment for everyone travelling.

Who else is bound by these privacy expectations?

These expectations apply to our hosts, staff, chefs, drivers, guides, contractors, partners and suppliers — not only to guests. Everyone involved in delivering the experience is expected to respect guest privacy.

The Overall Message

The Overall Message Is Simple.

We are not interested in turning our guests into social-media content. We are interested in giving them an exceptional seven-day experience while protecting their safety, privacy and personal space from the moment they join us until the experience is over.
